WHAT IS REQUIRED?

 

  • Members of BizGen Networking Group are required to attend bi-weekly networking meetings in person or provide a substitute if they are unable to attend.
    .

  • To be successful in BizGen Networking Group, members should schedule face-to-face meetings with other members to share information about their businesses and learn how they can refer quality leads to one another.
     

  • Occasionally, BizGen Networking Group hosts an evening social event when non-members are invited to meet and network with our group members. Member participation at these events is strongly encouraged. Last year, we held a happy hour for members and guests, and our members attended a Capitals hockey game as a group.
     

  • Members are asked to dress appropriately as they would for a business meeting.

 


HOW MUCH DOES MEMBERSHIP COST?

 

  • For the first year of membership, dues are $250.00.

  • In subsequent years, dues are $200.00 per year.

  • Quarterly lunch dues are $90.00.
     

 

WHERE AND WHEN DOES BIZGEN NETWORKING GROUP MEET?

 

  • Our meetings are held every other Wednesday in the education center at LifeTime Athletic in Gaithersburg, MD. Our members gather at 11:15 AM to network individually. Our official meetings run from 11:30 AM to 12:45 PM.

 

 

HOW DOES BIZGEN NETWORKING GROUP GIVE BACK TO THE COMMUNITY?

 

  • Each member designates a charity of their choice. Following the tallying of our monthly stats, BizGen Networking Group donates money to the chosen charity of the member with the most closed business for that month.

     

HOW DO I APPLY TO BECOME A BIZGEN NETWORKING GROUP MEMBER?

 

  • Once you make sure our group is a good fit for you, your next step is to download our application form here, complete all required questions and return it to us.
     

  • Email the application to MHerson@insurecongressional.com or fax it to (301) 540-1485.
     

  • We will email you to set up a time to meet with you and conduct an interview with a couple of members of our board to make sure it is mutually beneficial for you to join our growing group.
